Muswellbrook Fair is a new retail centre in South Muswellbrook which is growing in tandem with the coal mining industry in the Upper Hunter region, the tourism industry and agriculture business generally.

There are 3 additional commercially zoned lots adjoining the site. Lot 1 has been sold to Aldi. Aldi will open a 1,500 sq metre store in late 2008. Lots 2 and 4, which are 3,450 & 14,650 sq metres respectively, have current development schemes under consideration to further increase the diversity of the site.
